Just a quick note: how do we think through "group" and "individual rights"? What values do we assign to these two - are they related or how are they understood in international law, or our own understanding of culture, belonging. Or does it refer back to the earlier notion of "human personality" that we spoke of last week?
I don't have a clear idea but am just throwing it out there for consideration.
